    HR is only available in Main Campus as of now ..
    Iam an MBA student From Kengeri Campus .. There has been a good feed back from the HR seniors ...

    Banks Come for both Finance and marketing ...
    Some banks had come exclusively for Finance students last year .. But it depends on HR policies of companies which varies from year to year ...

    The number of companies for operations are becoming higher over years. The number of students in Operations is comparatively lower when compared to other branches .

    This is just a general observation

    The package depends on the company . In start ups Companies you may be assigned to do more responsibilities and offer more career growth ..

    Established companies you may may ask you to do pre assigned works replacing a previous staff .. But the salary may be higher ..


    So rather than just a job plan for a long term career ..

    Management Trainee
    Research Analyst
    Management Trainee - Revenue - Ad Sales
    Business Development Manager & Executive

    Usually most of us were recruited as Management Trainees and after a specific period will be assigned further responsibilities.

    hey during the admission how much weitage is given to the past acads
    i have 84% in 10th and 58% in 12th and 68 in grad so far with no work ex how much chances do i stand.

    I am Intending to join 2013 Batch MBA.. Most probably Operations.

    by May'13 i will have 1.9yrs of work exp from a Reputed MNC as an Analyst.

    my academics are on the lower side: 10th - 83%; PU - 70%; BE - 55%

    How are my chances of getting an admission if i score above avg in GD/PI etc

    The Selection Process includes the following criterion; Academic Performance (Class 10, Class 12 and Undergraduate Degree), Group discussion (GD), Micro Presentation (MP), Written Skill Assessment (WSA) and Personal Interview (PI).

    Suggestions for GD
    1. Dont be aggressive , be assertive.
    2. Try to summarize and be flexible, give chance to others also.

    Suggestions for PI
    1. Expect questions like " why MBA ? "
    2. Be truthful.

    Suggestions for Micro presentation
    1. Just prepare yourself to give a broad idea on the topic.

    Be familiar with Newspapers like Economic times. Grab more knowledge on your preferred industry.

    for an work ex person this college is not a good option, there is no lateral placement as such and only few company give look for work ex as special student. one who has 2 or more years of experience this college is not a good choice. look for more better colleges rather than this.
